SALES AGREEMENT
Please make sure you completely read and fully understand this sales agreement before you make any purchases or deposits on any sales.
1 Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or pickup. If for some reason this is not the case the buyer will be notified. If the buyer chooses to receive the puppy in it’s condition we are no longer liable for the puppy, that includes any medical cost's or other responsibilities.
2 Buyer is responsible for taking the puppy to a vet with in 2 days of delivery or pickup. Any problems found must be brought to our attention immediately, otherwise we will not be held responsible. If the puppy is found in poor health, we must have a written statement from a licensed vet stating the problem. If the buyer chooses to keep the puppy in the condition it’s in, we will not refund any money or cover any vet bills. However, if the buyer chooses not to keep the puppy it will be returned to us at our own expense, and replaced with another puppy of the buyer's choice that is of equal value.
3 If the puppy develops a life threatening genetic illness or condition before the age of 1 year we must be notified immediately. The owner of the puppy must provide us with a written statement from a licensed vet with the diagnosis and prognosis for the puppy. If this illness or condition results in the puppies death or is not treatable, we will replace the puppy with another of the buyer's choice, upon availability.
4 Shots and de-worming, including Heart Worm are the responsibility of the buyer after the puppy is in their possession. All puppies will be dewormed and have shots appropriate to their age at the time of the delivery or pickup. If a puppy develops an illness related to lack of shots and/or deworming after the purchase, that is the buyers responsibility and the puppy will not be replaced for that reason.
5 When placing a deposit on a puppy, please note that we do not guarantee any specific color, color pattern, or gender will be produced in any litter.
6 All deposits are non refundable, but transferable due to the following: If there are not enough male or female puppies in a litter to cover the buyer’s pick. If the puppy the buyer chooses dies or develops a life threatening condition before the age of 8 weeks their money will be refunded.
7 If the buyer for any reason that is not listed above, backs out of a sale, no money will be refunded.
8 All puppies must be fully paid for by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old. If this is not possible for the buyer, we must be notified ASAP so we can set up other arrangements. If the buyer does not follow through with other arrangements no money will be refunded and the buyer’s pick will be put up for sale.
9 Puppies can be picked up or shipped out at the age of 8 weeks old if they are fully paid for. If shipping is needed, buyer will be asked to provide shipping amount, and a shipping date that is convenient for both parties will be arranged. Most shipping is covered by a fee of $250.00, but it varies depending on size and age of the puppy/adult. This amount should cover the crate, health certificate, and transportation fees.
10 When making payments we accept Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Money Grams, and Western Union. Please no personal checks. For our mailing information please contact us.
11 When placing a deposit on a puppy please note that picks are set up in order we receive deposits. Because of this we recommend sending deposits as soon as possible, to ensure your pick will be reserved.
